I have been volunteering on TH for about 5 months I believe.

I have volunteering at an assisted living home for a while lol. I don't remember how long.

I have also been on mission trips.

I volunteer on here and I'm a young leader at the Girl Guides. I've volunteered in India, and next year I'm going over to Mexico to do a community protect.

I also volunteered in a hospital but when I asked what needed doing the cleaner would make me clean while she did nothing. I stopped when going back to school and I am thinking of going back but to a different ward.

Or I might try a charity shop.

i volenteered at a national park for 4 years working with the animals.
i also volenteered several years at a activity center for the disabled where i now work.

i used to volunteer at something called Ruby's Pantry. we basically got food that was donated from grocery stores and stuff and then distributed to the public.

but now i'm in college and haven't found something to volunteer with yet

I used to volunteer in some missions every year where they would go help out the people in need but I have no time anymore.

When I lived in a different city, I volunteered as someone who walks with girls who are seeking services at a clinic to help protect them from protesters for about a year. I also volunteer in a hospital in two departments as a clerk for about six or seven months now. I also help out at a cat shelter. I am also working on getting on a fire department but there are some issues with people pulling out their applications.

I used to volunteer at an animal shelter. I also used to volunteer at an archery range for disabled youth before it was closed down I miss that place. We used to get the nicest kid's.

Well I volunteer on here helping out, I have been on Staff for almost a year and a half now.

Every once in a while I volunteer to help people out in different ways. I did a food packing event this year, and have done other things in years before. I love it, and I really wish I could do it more.

I am also a volunteer Firefighter, I have been in my department for a little over a year now. I do all kinds of things there, I go on all types of calls as well as help out at the fundraisers.

I love volunteering to help people out, it is one of my favorite things to do. I just wish I volunteered more!

I volunteer for 45 minutes four nights a week at my skating club. I do amateur coaching with 3-12 year olds teaching them how to skate. I've been doing this for seven or eight years now I think, I don't remember exactly when I started.
Once you get to a certain level in the club, you have to do one night a week, but I love it so I do more. It's pretty awesome

I volounteer on here of courseeeeee! Over the summer I volounteered for Oxfam and I am just about to start volounteering for the youth service helping out at a local primary school

Oh and I was a LHO on here for a while, but not for long as I came to uni and knew I wouldn't be able to put in the same amount of time as everyone else does.

This is my 3rd year volunteering at my Figure Skating Club. I am a Program Assistant that helps to teach kids of all ages to skate through programs called CanSkate, and LearnToSkate, from SkateCanada. It is really fun to see all the kids with smiling faces, exclaiming how they jumped really high or they could skate really fast, and the thought of that when they grow up and become famous Hockey Players or Figure Skaters, that you were one of the first people who helped make that happen. It brings me so much joy to see the little ones enjoying skating as much as I do!

I just got on staff, so I volunteer here.
One summer I volunteered at my local hospital. It was a lot of fun and I got a lot out of the experience.
I've been on a couple of mission trips. [NYC and Memphis, as well as a few local service days.]
I've also done volunteer work at the camp I've worked at the past two summers. During the retreat season(whenever summer is over) I randomly go and help out in the office or I do trail work. Just whatever they need help with. Last year I put updated a picture board they had that they took with them to places they were telling about the camp. The picture they had on it were rather old so I went through thousands of pictures from the most recent summer and then arranged them on the board. That's probably one of the most fun things I've done.
Anyways, aside from TH I'm not regularly volunteering anywhere at the moment, but I am looking for mission work. I'm fairly certain I want to be a missionary.
Volunteering is one of my favorite things.

In winter I work at the library. I clean up, alphabatize and so on. I started to get volunteer hours for school, but it's fun and it's nice to give back to such a great palce.

I am a volunteer on here, I am an associate HL Mentor, I was on staff, for a few months, but then I switched to associate because I couldn't keep up with the weekly requirements and I was too busy at the time to keep up with them and I wasn't sure about how often I'd be able to go on here at the time, I log on to HelpLink as often as I can to reply to requests. I think it's nice to not have requirements and to help out when it's possible, I feel good that I'm able to help people through the forums and HelpLink even though I don't know them and really enjoy giving advice.
I'm also apart of my County's Youth Court system, I've only been on the jury, but it's still nice to know that I can help out the teens that commit crimes in my community. We give the teens that go through the system comunity service hours and other stuff. I think it's good that we give first offenders a second chance before punishing them and giving them a criminal record. I've been on the youth Court sense March, I had training from January through March.
I've also volunteered in other ways, I helped raise money for the March of Dimes, I really love what they do for premature babies because I was one so I feel like I have a sort of connection to there work. I only helped out with the March of Dimes in 2009, I wasn't allowed to earlier this year though I really wanted to.
Other than that, I haven't done much, I try to find something every now and then to help out with.

I plan to volunteer at the local animal shelter next year They only allow 15 years and up.. I'm pretty excited though
