Lightbulb Uni. - December 2nd 2010, 12:43 AM

Ok so yesterday I got accepted into Uni. But the tuition fees is $85,000. There's no way I can afford that. So I'm going to apply for HEX fees which will help me pay for my fees if I do accept the offer to go to Uni.

How many years is the course lol???
$85 is shitloads of cash...

If you've got some spare time, read this:

But don't if you're easily triggered. If you're not easily triggered then go ahead.

$85??? In Australia???

Are you going to a private university or something? What are you studying??

To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never, to forget

Yeah I know right?
Yeah it's a private university but I'm applying for other universities. And it's for Journalism.

Bond University?

Honestly I really don't think it's THAT worth it. $85 is a hell of a lot of money for an arts degree. You could do it somewhere else for a lot less. There are plenty of good schools that are just as respected for Journalism... RMIT, CSU, La Trobe, UTS, UTQ, CU etc etc

They cost half that and less. Bond Uni is great but unless you are rich I honestly wouldn't recommend it. 40k a year? You'd be paying less to study medicine at a public university.
