My goals for this year :) -

I don't normally start new year's resolutions as I used to think they were slightly pointless but this year I'm thinking a little differently
 Soooooo... I plan on eating healthier. For the past few days I've been eating cereal clusters with natural yoghurt and strawberries for breakfast mmmmm.I've been eating more vegetables, pasta and rice. I'm trying to eat as balanced as possible I'm also planning on eating less meat and replacing a lot with quorn (which I like anyway <3) and maybe turning vegetarian.I also plan on trying my God damn hardest to work harder with my mental health worker and to decrease my anxiety. So, yay
