Whats your dream job/career?

I would love to be an experimental or applied physicist in Cern. It is almost an impossible thing to do, you can't get near those positions without a doctorate. I love physics to the point of obsession.

I really, really want to work in robotics At least programming them, if not designing them myself (I tried engineering, connecting those wires together...not my thing.) I am studying programming, but I need one more class before I can take the artificial intelligence class. Then I'll have to decide if I'm skilled enough at that to make it into robotics. If not, I'm hoping to design my own operating system. I already have a name and design...just no way to build it But I'll be taking a class on that soon too. I hope I'm good at one of them!

I'd love to do something art based. Anything from writing to photography!
I've always wanted to be a designer since I was younger, either furniture or clothes, even maybe an architect! I'd even love to be a music photographer or columnist. Maybe even create a portfolio and become an artist.
On the other hand, I'm really intrested in psychology, anything to do with the way we think and feel. I'd love to go into something like criminal psychology... But I'm keeping all of my doors open to oppertunity. Good luck to anyone pursuing their dream career!

I have 3 options in mind...I haven't completely decided.
I want to be:
1) A psychologist (counseling or a forensic psych)
2) A herpetologist
3) Or a musician.

I have been thinking of doing music and a bit of art on the side. And psychology is my best and favourite subject. But I love reptiles and I love the thought of music as a career, so atm, I'm a little confused. It depends on how my UnderGrad goes, after which I'll either choose Psychology or Herpetology in Post Grad. (:

I've always been interested in photography but I've never taken any courses or anything so I really can't claim to be any good at all. So in my dream world I'd be this amazing photographer haha. More realistically though? I just need a job working with kids. Start my own daycare or teach. As long as I'm doing something with kids I know I'll be happy. Ever since I knew what the word Veterinarian meant, I have wanted to be one. My dream job is to become a Large Animal Veterinarian specializing in cattle. I know it's going to be a lot of schooling but I'm ready for it. I'm starting schooling toward my dream in August.

If that fails, which I really hope it doesn't. I think I might want to become either an oncologist or a neurologist.

I've been baking ever since I could remember. Whenever I used to go to my grandma's house starting when I was five, I think, I would bake something with her. The last time I baked something with her was a while ago actually... Bummer, I loved baking with her. >.>
It did take a while to decide though, I almost decided to become an English teacher or author, but I can't start a book and I can't stand the thought of being in school most of my life. xD

My dream job would be a horror movie director. I absolutely love horror movies and am actually trying to figure out the psychology behind what makes the scariest movies scary. I'm kinda hoping to reinvent the genre (shooting high, I know ) so that I can kill the trend of 'horror' movies that rely on jump scares and mass bloodshed.

My more realistic one would be a Psychiatrist. I'm really hoping to be able to help others and to make myself proud in achieving something as esteemed as an MD.

Anything in the creative arts such as a musician, a writer, actor or photographer.
A journalist.
A teacher, maybe in music, drama, photography, english or history.
A vet, but I was terrible in Science and Maths at school.

As of now Biomedical Scientist is my top choice but I may specialise in one of those areas like Toxicology, Haematology. Depends which one I like most when I study Biomed at uni

Neuroscience has caught my interest lately as well but by the time I got an interest in it I'd already applied to uni and everything. I may still find out if I could find a way to do this after I have a Biomed degree.

Back when my dad was in college, there was a law that stated that rental cars must be returned to their state of registration after use. Because of this, he got a job driving rental cars all over the country, returning them to their shop-of-origin. This law no longer exists, so such a job no longer exists. But if it did, I think I would love it. I'm a car freak, I love driving, and I love to travel. That, and I don't mind being away from home for days or weeks at a time.

You know... I want to work in India rescuing girls from human trafficking, educating them, and then empowering them to start their own businesses.
Or... do research on the Indian education system and help impact social policy to help bring that literacy rate up.
Or.... help to gain more funding to programs that help the homeless anywhere I happen to be at at any given time.
Orrrr..... be a kooky sociology professor and inspire my students to look at the world in a different way and to become activists!

I completely agree with this, but my dream job is to be a professional counselor especially for teens and young adults in a private practice (either my own or with someone else). If I get in, I'll start a counseling graduate program in January that should take 2-3 years.
