I'm slacking, so thought if I posted my goals on here I might actually push myself a bit more. Goals I want to achieve by the end of the summer (along with what I can currently do/have done):
1000 squats (with no weight) - 350 now 100 knuckle press-ups with 20 kg on my back - 50 now Do the plank for 5 minutes - 2 minutes now Do the plank for 5 minutes on both sides leaning on one arm - 2 minutes now Be able to run for 15 minutes at 17.5 km/h on the treadmill - 8 minutes now Front-raise 25 kg with each arm separately - 17.5 kg now Side-raise 25 kg with each arm separately - 16.5 kg now Be able to do a full side split - can do about 4/5 of the way down Get a job, almost anywhere with almost anyone doing almost anything - haven't got one now, I'm taking exams Get my dissertation done by the end of the summer (as much as I can) - haven't started, it's not been set yet Organise my music library - haven't done anything... I've had my laptop in repair 3 times Push through and resit my piano exam for diploma - I failed it once by 2 marks , underestimated itLearn to use FL studio and actually do something with it - got started on online tutorials a few weeks ago And anything else I might come up with. I have little clue if I'll be able to achieve what I want, but at least I have a record of what I want so I don't forget by tomorrow. I might add on. I'll bump it before the end of each month to update (if I remember ), and plan to get all this done by September before I start my 3rd year at university/college. And I'm finished boring you... this is just to help me stay focused. I'll probably start once my exams are finished. P.S. I checked Terms of Service close enough I think and can't find anything disallowing me posting the weight figures I have, as they do not refer to mine or anyone else's body weight. To stop spending money on non-essential things - I probably spend on average £100 a month on crap I don't need like energy drinks (just one of the things) If you've got some spare time, read this:
