Things I wish I could do but will probably fail at.

This summer I'm gonna sort out my diet. I'm gonna exercise more. I'm gonna go swimming in my tankini. I'm gonna stop self harming. I'm gonna get my head ready for sixth form. I'm gonna be a new person.

I believe you can do all of these! Just make sure that you have a safe diet and excercise regimen

I think they're all great goals, it might be better to take baby steps on some of them. Sometimes tackling a huge goal all at once can be scary. For instance, on your diet, don't cut out all junk food at once. Maybe you can start by cutting out junk food on weekends and working your way up to more days. Take things one step at a time, it's easier that way.

You really can do all of these things! But you need to think positively and believe you can do it because you really can. You seem strong and determined

Sure, there's always that chance that anything in this world can happen for you, but nothing just happens by chance- you've got to go out there and reach for it. If you really want these words to come true, go out there and make them true- not this summer, or next month, next week, or tomorrow- go start today, because the only thing that can come between you and your goals is yourself

These are great goals! With some time and effort, you will be a new person. Remember to take it slowly, though. One step at a time! These little steps with add up to great things! Don't expect yourself to get it perfectly the first time, especially with the self-harm. Slip-ups are okay, as long as you don't let them get you down!

I think that you've got some really good goals here and with time and effort then there is no reason why these goals can't be achieved. I know it's difficult sometimes but you have to try and adopt a positive attitude and believe that you achieve these goals because chances are if you go in defeated then you'll come out defeated too. I believe in you!

You can do it! You are strong, smart and amazing. You have people to support you and everyone on here. Don't let yourself even think that you can't do it because once you think it you stop yourself from really trying because you've already made it okay to fail. Even if you don't complete all these goals by the end of summer you will get to them one day, just stay strong and you can do it.

I am so new and out of date, however, my advice could always be useful if you find it that way. Achieve a goal is quiet simple as you just made it. I hope you know " 3 Ps rule " PRACTICE PACIENCE PERSISTENCE and here you go. Whatever you stand for in life can be found only if are you ready to pay the price.
