so, today, i moved to a new foster family.. for safety reasons..
but my new foster brother, who is older than me, doesnt like me, and the girl next door told me he is just a natural asshole, and today he called all the names under the sun,and my foster mum got up him and told him he was grounded, and he walked out with his girlfriend...

*TONIGHT*
we were eating dinner, and aaron (foster brother) walked in and his eyes were bloodshot.. he was slurring his words and just all over the place, and ive seen these effects on drug addicts before, so i ran to the room and hid, bcz i know how some druggies are, when they are high... so my foster dad ran to make sure i was ok, and i told him i knew why aaron was like that, bcz they had not even the slightest clue... and when i told him, he walked out, and he was screaming at aaron to never do it again, bcz drugs are stupid and theyre only gonna kill him one day.. and then about 15 minutes later aaron came storming into my room and he picked me up by the collar with one hand and started hitting me really hard, and the louder i screamed the harder he hit, and my foster parents came in, trying to force him off of me, but he turned around and hit his mum and then let go of me, and hit his dad, then he ran....
i have bruises on both of my cheeks and my neck... and he fucked my knee up worse.. i had bad knee problems as it is..
my foster mum is dreading when and IF he comes home..
i dont feel safe here... im scared to sleep..
what if he hurts me again.....??

I think you should suggest to your foster family, that they call the police. this is assault and it makes the environment, not only unsafe for you but them as well. It sounds as if this kid really does need some help and if that means sending him to juvee then that's what it might take, but for now they need to make sure he can not legally come back there and hurt any of you.

he ran away, and they called the police and the police said when they find him, hes gotta be taken in for questioning.. and weve got the proof he hit us.. and then hes going to juvee, maybe.. but after juvee hell be old enough to go live by himself..

Well they did the right thing by calling the police, and this may be what he needs to get the help he needs for these problems he has. After he can get out, maybe he'll have changed, or if not, he may just go on to live somewhere else anyway.
