HELP - November 24th 2013, 06:26 PM

I was sexually abused and last night was the first time in a long time that i had a nightmare and i felt like the abuse was happen i am now scared and i dont know what to do and i can recall it now but, it also seemed like i was liking it when i used have the nightmares i knew that i would try not to think about it but now i am not sure what has happened or if things have just changed.....what do i do?

Have you ever talked to anyone about all this? It might help you get some things out, and not be scared any more. Its never easy getting over something like this, and getting nightmares to stop, I know are even harder cause you can not control them.

I think you might benefit from talking to someone about these thinks, like therapy. Sometimes you just need to get things out, and know that it is over, and you are okay and safe.
