Welcome to TeenHelp.

It is often really difficult to have to face (or live with) an abuser because they bring up uncomfortable feelings and memories. You said you never told anyone but do you think you'd feel comfortable telling someone now? You could tell your parents, your grandparents, or anyone else that you trust about this so you don't have to carry it alone anymore. Getting this out of your head could do a world of good and someone could help you find a solution so you don't have to be near your uncle anymore.

In the meantime it may help to have a safe place. Do you have a space that you feel safe in? Maybe a bedroom, or a bench at a park. Perhaps it's a mental safe place that you can bring yourself to when things get overwhelming. Try to use any current safe places or make new ones to use when you need them.
