i was abused as a child by my grandma on my dads side and i dont know what to do because i have just told my mom but she was shock and she didnt know what to do and the memories and flashbacks and even if i try to do something to get my mind off it and it hasnt helped.

i dont know that if soemthing that happen this year with a boy that touched me and then said nothing but just laugh about it and then there was another boy that i did used to say that he was a close frined that i trusted and i even went to him about what happen with the first boy and then one time in a class room we had a lockdown and then we where talking (we were talking in a low voice) then i told him that i wasnt able to sleep and that i was going to use this time to take a short nap since we werent doing anything in class and we were just sitting there on the floor

would this have anything to do with being bacl the memories and the flashbacks of what happen before?

Is it normal not to want to talk to the sister of one of the boys?

is it normal not to trust boys since my so called friend broke my trust?

It all sounds perfectly normal to me. Anything can be a trigger to bring back bad memory's/ flash backs and unfortunately there is no way of knowing what those triggers might be..

It's completely normal to find people you are really opposed to talking to eg his sister, and I would say nothing to worry about. There's other people you can talk to.

A lot of people find it hard to talk to people once there trust has been broken, and i would assume its quite common for girls to find it hard to trust boys once a boy has broken there trust... much as I'm sure boys have the same issue with girls.

Im sorry to hear you went through such a terrible time and are suffering with flash back's ect now.
Im here for a chat
