About a year and a half ago I had my then boyfriend over my house, no one else was here.
As far as a remember he proceded to get me drunk and then made a move on me, I tried to push him off but I can't remember if I did or not and I clearly said no. The next day I was bleeding slightly and was exceptionaly sore, I went to a clinic to get the morning after pill just incase, saying that I had, had unprotected sex. However I'm not sure if it actuall happened, and because I wasn't in my normal state of mind I don't know what to think :/

I would say yes he did. The soreness and the bleeding you said, is the same I had after I was attacked

Alough you didn't mention it, it sounds like you had passed out sometime after you pushed him off. And he took advantage of that.

So, you said no. Point blank, anything that happened after that was against your will. As you were wasted, it's understandable that you don't really remember. As Erika said, you might have passed out.If you think you had sex, chances are, you probably did. And you did say no. Either way, it does sound like your boyfriend took advantage of you, and that, as stated above, would be classed as rape.
