Hey there Lora.
I'm really sorry that you had to go through that. I hope you know that none of it was your fault. You definitely do not have to just get over it, either. Assault is not something most people can just forget about and move on. It takes a long time to overcome and everyone heals at their own pace and in their own way. I really think it would be a good idea for you to talk with a counselor. I know it's a scary thought, but they can really help. They have to keep things confidential plus they'll never judge and they are trained to help you work through bad times like this. And if you're not ready to say everything, that's okay. It's absolutely your decision and no one should push you into it. I hope you're doing okay right now.
