i just want to know if this would be rape

i was at the bus stop on my way home one night and then a older male he was 24 stop and asked if i wanted a ride but i knew better so i told him no and then he was like i know the teachers you go to school and i was feeling really ill that night so i did get in the car i know it was my fault but then he had started touching me and then he sad that before he took me home i needed to have sex with him but there wasnt no penatrtion it was just kissing but with tongue and everything and i am also scared that i may have got an STD because i dont know if he had anything or not..........

Please Help, i want to know

It's not so much rape, but it is still sexual assault and harrasment, especially if you didn't say yes to it. & It's not your fault, you didn't ask for him to that. Everybody makes mistakes and could it have been more dangerous? Yes, but that fact is is that you're admitting something happened and that's a first step. As for having an STD, it's not really my area of expertise and I don't know if you can just get it from kissing or anything, but you should either tell your parents or a trusted adult who can arrange something, or try going to a free clinic and asking to be tested.
