what should i do

hey guys, you havn't let me down before for advice so i thought i could grap your opinions on this.

Basically, i was out clubbing a week and a half ago, and i had a massive arguement with my ex. A friend who i shall call luke, said to me i can see your upset come back to mine and we will have a chat and call you a cab home. so i went with him, on the walk home we chatted and i noticed he was pretty drunk. he even walked into a parked car. so we went back to his and watched a movie and soon both fell asleep on the sofa. i woke up and i was cold, so we ended up going to his bed. as this point i saw luke as a friend and had the full intention of going to sleep. i took of my trousers but still wore my undies and vest top. i rolled over and tried to go to sleep but he suddenily started cuddling me, i just laughed it off and said 'get off'. then he made a grab for my boobs and i said clearly 'no' and moved his hands away. he didnt stop doing it and i kept saying no, then he tried to put my hand on his penis and stuff and i said no i dont wanna do that. then i decided that i needed to get out of there, so i was like i am gonna call a cab and he just kept pulling me towards him and kept telling me to cancel the cab, i got dressed and waited for the cab and he was still trying to persuade me to stay. i got in my cab went home. i saw him yesterday morning and he smiled............i dont think he remembers what happened......

however about a week ago there was a sexual assault in a graveyard about 3 blocks from where he lives.....should i report what happened? could he have something to do with this sexual assault? isn't just his word againist mine?

legally has he broken the law in the UK ?

Yes, by sexually assaulting you, he has broken the UK law. You could report him for what he did to you. If that is what you want.

But do you know definately that it was him who sexually assaulted someone in the graveyard, because WITHOUT proof of this its just an allegation with wont go anywhere. :/
