My life has changed so drastically since last Tuesday. I was raped by my English teacher after school. He told me he wanted to talk about my grades after school, and he just locked the door, and… well, I won't go into details. But I'm 14. Three days ago, I involuntarily lost my virginity to a 65 year old man. Help me. I feel like I'm going to break down at any minute and just… collapse. I haven't told anyone. I need some help… some advice... anything.

You really need to see a professional.
What your teacher did is horrible, not to mention extremely illegal.
No one deserves what happened to you, you need to tell someone.
If you don't want to tell your parent, tell a school councilor, another teacher, or you could even try to set up a meeting with the principal.
You could also talk to a friend's parent, or another one of your relatives.
Sometimes just telling a friend can help.

Sweetie, you need to tell someone. Think about it this way, youre probably not the first person that hes done this to. What if someone else had spoken up for you?

You didnt deserve this. I cant even imagine what youre going through, and I hope its something that youll be able to get through. But its not something youll get through alone, try to tell a friend at least. Get it off your chest.

Like the others have said, you need to talk about this to someone. Your first step was to join TeenHelp and get it off your chest, and that's good, we're all very willing to listen if you need to talk about your problem. The next step you have to take is to talk to someone who can sort this out for you. Just take your time and tell whoever you trust the most when you're ready. You don't deserve what happened to you and it's important somebody knows about this man so he doesn't hurt anybody again.

I was raped and I didn't tell an adult for 8 months. When I finally did and they started looking into it, they found out there weer multiple girls before and after me. It's really important that you tell someone, I know how hard it is, but you really need to break the cycle. You most likely were not the first, and you won't be the last if you keep it a secret. I know how impossible it seems telling someone, but you will be so proud of yourself if you do.
