i was molested tonight and got flashbacks of when iwas raped and now mi body wont stop shaking and i feel horrible idk what to do i feel sick

Okay...first thing, calm yourself down. Take deep breaths.
If you don't mind me, who molested you?
File a report and go to the hospital. They can help you further.
I'm so sorry...I haven't had this happen to me. This is all I can think of.

I'm sorry I have no advise for you but I know what you mean.
I have flashbacks of when I got raped but just try to calm yourself down.

Hey Amanda.

I'm really, really sorry that both of these horrible things happened to you. They shouldn't happen to anyone, least of all the good people in the world. I think the first thing that you should do is take some deep breaths, try to compose yourself, and think through things clearly, and logically.

I believe that you should probably go and report this person to the authorities, and talk about it honestly with them. They are not going to put you in trouble, they're not going to lock you up, because none of this was your fault. They'll lock up the person at fault.

Do you have anyone in your life you can talk to? A therapist, a friend, a trusted adult? If you do, I would advise that you go talk to them, and make sure that you let them know how you're feeling. I believe that things don't always stay dark for long, and you will be helped. You just have to believe that you will be okay, and keep talking to people about how it is you feel.

Be sure to know that you're not in this alone, and there is a coping skill you can use when the flashbacks start. It's called grounding yourself, and the way you do that is you think of five things you see, four things you hear, three things you can touch, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. By the time you go through those, you should be able to realize that they're only just flashbacks, and nothing more.
