I highly suggest you report this! Rape is unacceptable. Remember that this isn't your fault... he/she made the mistake, not you. There is no reason to kill yourself over something like this. With time, you will feel better and learn to cope. Look at the Alternatives/ Distractions thread in the self harm fourm. Those techniques can be usful for situations like these as well. Do you best to relax. And If I remember correctly, you live with this cousin, perhaps you should go to a friend's house for the night. Try to take deep breaths for now. Perhaps looking into therapy would be beneficial. You are going to be okay even though this seems extremely difficult to deal with, you will get through it.

You really need to report them. Nobody has any right ever to do that. And if you are living with your cousin you really should go stay with a friend and talk to them about what happened you could report him together.
