So i was raped freshmen year. i'm about to start my senior year. i've suffered ever since. and i finally started to date someone. its scary and exciting and i don't know what to think sometimes bc i've seen the guy who raped me around recently. I just need to talk and blab to someone.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Being raped takes a woman's heart and just crushes her spirit into little tiny pieces. That might be how you're feeling right now, but I promise it gets better. What that guy did to you, is his problem. He's the one who is weak and pathetic and you have risen above expectations and thrived. You're still out and about and swimming! That's really awesome! You should be so proud of everything you've accomplished! If you haven't already gotten a psychologist I really recommend it. If that's not your style a support group is really helpful as well.
