Lately my dad has been making my life hell his nonstop rude comments about my weight and my friends weight is not helping I already feel fat me and my friend have both cried are selves to sleep for 3 nights and I am so tired of the name calling, the put downs, the yelling for no reason, swearing, sexist comments for example "women dont know how to drive at all" , racist coments "chinese people cant drive", the threats to kill my dog. Is this emotional abuse?

I'm sorry this is happening. I know how it is to have a father figure who incoorperates name calling in the daily conversations. I'm not going to tell you if it's emotional abuse because that's not for me to decide, but I am going to tell you that I'm here for you.

~SABREENA~ pronounced sa-BREE-nah. It is of Celtic origin. Mythology: the name of a Celtic maiden in a Welsh tale. In Celtic legend, Sabrina was the character who gave her name to the river Severn (in England). Known in modern times through the play and movie "Sabrina Fair". The name was used in the 19th and 20th centuries.

It definitely sounds like emotional abuse to me. Does your mother know about this?
