I was raped last september and had the guys baby i was held in his house for five days and now i don't know what to do. I went to the cops the night he released me but they didn't believe me. He lives in my city and i go by his house everyday. The cops won't arrestt him and he followed me once. I am afraid to leave my house and i dont feel protected at all. He is like 50 year olds to.

I'm not understanding why the police don't believe you. What exactly did you tell them? Did you tell them what happened in detail? If the man raped you, you can prove your case now that you've given birth to the child; you can get a paternity test done to help prove to the police that you're telling the truth.

How can POLICE not believe an innocent girl when she cries rape? I don't understand this. That is just terrible! I would be so pissed off. Have you told anyone other than the police? You have proof when the baby is born you know. Don't be scared
 people like him cant go through life doing stuff like that and NOT get punished. Whether he gets hit by a car or he has a heart attack. Something will happen. Is there any way that, because you now have his child, you can request a paternity test, prove he's the father, further linking him to the situation?
