Ok so a week about a week ago some kid on my bus who sits nexts to me started grabbing my butt. Then, he took his hand and put it on the outside of my inner butt and started vitrating it with his hand. What should I do? Can he get in trouble for this? Is this rape, or something else? Please I'm begging someone to just give me answers. I'm scared and alone please just help me.

This isn't rape, but it is sexual harassment. Did you tell him to stop? I would tell an adult you trust and don't sit near him anymore.

Saying you like it won't make him stop, it tells him to keep doing it since you 'liked' it. Next time, tell him you don't and tell him to stop. You have to tell him to stop for him to stop.

No, it is not rape, it is sexual harassment. Yes, he can get in big trouble for it. Tell an adult you trust what's happening and as said above, don't sit near him anymore. And like Nicole said, telling him you like it will only make him do it more.

Yes this isnt rape. Rape would be if he had some type of sexual intercourse with you without your consent.
This is however sexual harassment. Yes, He can get charges pressed against him (if reported within 72 hours) and the school can suspend him for it. Since it might be to late, if he ever touches you again report it to the principal, police officer, or to a trusted adult. Chris Jackson

You can like the feeling, that is fine, BUT that doesn't mean you like him doing it to you. Tell him to stop and don't sit next to him, like others have said. And tell a trusted adult.
