I'm kind of freaked...? - March 11th 2013, 09:54 PM

So, hi i'm new here bear with me

Anyways, i've been "questioning" my mental health lately for tons of reasons...
(long story)
I decided to take some online screening tests. Honestly, THEY FREAKED ME OUT.
The results were not a surprise (borderline personality disorder, social anxiety/anxiety, depression)
What freaks me out is the fact that they were so...true.
Is this something I should be worried about or talk to someone about?
Or is the internet screwing me over again?
Thanks so much ♥

Hey Imari, honestly you should never trust online screening tests, so I wouldn't let them freak you out. However, if you have concerns you should still talk to someone. If you end up going to a professional they can give you a real evaluation, tell you what it means, and help you deal with whatever is going on..
