I like seeing people in pain - September 12th 2014, 12:07 PM

This thread has been labeled as triggering by the original poster or by a Moderator. Please take this into consideration before continuing to read.

I love it when people are hurt emotionally and physically. I just love watching them cry and bleed. I also like watching people commit suicide and I want to kill and torture people. I have dreams where I torture people and I love it! I created an offensive Instagram and made fun of some people, and I was happy when they were crying... Thing is, I know I am going psycho... I already have a psychologist and I still think about massacres and how easy it would be... Help!

In response, I actually plan about doing these things

Thinking about these harming people and actually harming people are two different things. I think, to an extent, it can be okay to think about these things; I've heard people claim that it is therapeutic as long as you know you won't actually do it. Have you dolt your psychologist these things? I suggest you talk about them so the two of you can figure out the cause of these feelings.
