Mood tracking apps - December 27th 2021, 03:08 PM

I'm looking for recommendations for good mood tracking apps. I know there are a lot out there, but I want something that's simple, easy to do every day, and can potentially be shared easily with healthcare providers. Does anyone have an suggestions for ones they've found work well?

I am wondering does your hospital have a patient portal where all your medical information is and test results are stored? There might be a tracker in there to track your moods.

MoodTracker seems like something that could be beneficial. You can use it both on mobile and on a computer and shared with health professionals. There's some cost associated with it; you can use it for free.

MoodKit also has been turning up to be beneficial for many based on a few articles I have read.

I personally haven't used one; I thought I'd share my thoughts, I hope these suggestions are helpful in some way.
