I need to practice it more! Lately I’ve been trying to unwind by playing a game on my Switch.
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive
I definitely need to get better about incorporating self-care into my daily schedule. Lately, I've been trying to be intentional about setting aside at least 30 minutes a day to do an activity I enjoy, such as reading a book or playing my guitar.

foreign hearts & exotic minds compelled her.

"Dance is your pulse, your heartbeat,
It’s the rhythm
of your life.
It’s the expression
in time and movement,

For me there is daily self-care that has to be done, like taking my meds, brushing my teeth, etc. Someitmes I do something to make it more fun, like switching my shampoo to a different scent or something. Then I have more fun self-care, like catching up on a show or watching a comforting one, going outside, scrolling my phone (I do try to limit it a bit), or spending time with my pets. I do my nails sometimes too but lately I have not had the appropriate amount of energy for that.
