I'm not really sure what you problem is. Can you be a little more clear? I really want to help you and I understand what you mean by that you can't control thoughts, but I'm not really sure what you mean by that. If you are a little more clear and give more details I think that I can help you more.

I think that you should talk to a trusted adult about how you are feeling. Talking to a parent, teacher, coach, school counselor, nurse, religious figure, or any other adult can be very helpful. They can help you sort out the thoughts you are having.

When you feel like nothing is real, it can be helpful to touch familiar items, or run your hands and face under cold water to help you feel.
I hope everything works out for the better.

Hey there,

These racing thoughts could be a symptom of many things. Try and assure yourself that you are in control of things. Perhaps try and write some of these thoughts down? That could perhaps help you sort them out. As for things not feeling real, I have a feeling that reading [this] article may be of some help to you, it's entitled "Dissociation and You".

I agree with Elizabeth that you should try to talk to a trusted adult about this, especially if it is making you feel scared, as you don't deserve to feel that way. These thoughts really do need to be dealt with. I think that talking to a parent, a counsellor or a doctor about what you're feeling may be the best idea.

Take care of yourself.

It seems you are nervous about many things. Fear is a common culprit which performs this very thing. But sometimes it maybe something else. I say try to be calm and notice the situations(if specific) that this occurs in or anything that makes you act like this.
