What a worry wart! - January 1st 2010, 03:55 PM

Okay so some stuff happened between me & my boyfriend's parents they forbided us talking to each other for a while & then they became cool widd it yet. they still dont love me they like but dont love again yet.
Im paranoid about him talking to my mom because imm scared of what they might do. I told my mom whats going on but told her a lie that i still wasnt calling thier house. I want to tell his parents my apology, i think i got it all packed down but when i picked up the fone my heartbeat starts racing my hands start getting weak my voice gets lower my lips start quivering...luckly they didnt answer the fone at this time...i need to apologized to them today on new yearsz!! Please help tell me what to do to calm down & stop worrying...

I think you should try writing them a letter. Letters are the best because you can make sure you get everything out that you want to, and get your feelings out. Letter writing is what I always do and it has helped me in many different situations. Good luck
