I know it feels like I was just punched so hard in the stomach. I'm not sure what else I'm feeling.
Here I am, just watching Raise Your Voice, thinking about what to do for my English speech and I look at my computer screen. Someone had just signed on. I see his screen name pop up, and go away again. I don't know why I still have his screen name, and I know he blocked my old ones He made his buddy list private, I already know all that. It was only for a second, he signed right back off. How does a dead boy sign on aim, how does a dead boy change his settings? "'Colie, you should never be surprised when people treat you with respect. You should expect it.' I shook my head. 'You don't know--' I began. But, as usual, she didn't let me finish. 'Yes,' she said simply, 'I do know. I've watched you, Colie. You walk around like a dog waiting to be kicked. And when someone does, you pout and cry like you didn't deserve it.' 'No one deserves to be kicked,' I said. 'I disagree,' she said flatly. 'You do if you don't think you're worth any better...'" |

Hey Keena,
I hate to say this but is there a chance someone else knew his password so they logged on? Or was the setting on automatically sign in with his password in the box? Could that have been it?
