I am bipolar type 2, OCD, BPD, and have anxiety.
Right now depression is killing my life though I am on Prozac, Lithuim (750mg), Seroquel, Nardil, Valuim. But the prozac doesnt seem to be working... I talked to my doctor and he said i should wait it out a little. The last time I have been hospitalized last this weekend on saturday... though I cant tell anyone I know, close friends at school, though they do I know im bipolar they dont know the extent of it. Right now i am in living hell. I have been away from cutting for 80 days now but still getting crazy urges... And now I have partial hospital visits for now....after school and stuff like that. But I feel as if no one understands me. They took me off my meds for now. So I am manic, depressed, have anxiety, OCD is high and my BPD is making me feel like cutting... what can I do? Alicia, why did they take you off your meds? If you're concerned about your well-being, maybe you should tell your parents, and try to get in to the doctor. Have you been on the Prozac long? Have you discussed trying something different for the Depression?
Not much else I can suggest, if the medications were at least keeping you from feeling anxious and wanting to self-harm then it seems a slightly better option. I hope things can get sorted and that this all gets better for you.
