Question erm.. - April 26th 2010, 02:33 PM

ok dont know how to start but i have borderline personality disorder and actuli i have been ok for a while but the past few months i have been like sorting things out alot like my cupboard i have to keep tidying and all the things facing straight at me like tins in a cupborad with labels facing me etc thing being tidyed away and when i wake up in the morning go for a wash wash my hair etc do the same eeryday like if i miss sumthing out like wash my hair i just get reli stressed out with myself and its actuli begining to annoy me like constantly thinking things i dont reli know how to explain but i ust maybe wanted sum reply to whats going on i reli duno

Anytime you start to experience new habits and you notice they are causing a bit of distress in your life, you should let your therapist know as soon as possible. No one here can tell you if these knew habits are a sign of something else, as none of us are qualified to do so. But your therapist certainly can. I would highly recommend you go and talk to them about this. It might be nothing, but the fact that it is causing you anxiety might be worth checking out.

i dont hae any therapists or anything anymore i used to hae but theres actuli alot of things going on and stress which is kinda pissing me off to as well as taking tablets a few days ago i dont know what else i can think of to kinda keep me erm well i dunno .. have u msn or facebook could u add me jade wilson -wilson43@merseymail.com is my email so u can add me or email if u want

Hey there Jade,

I'm sorry to hear that you've been stressed out with things and that you've been feeling slightly distressed lately. That must be very difficult.
I think that, especially as you have other issues, you should perhaps try and talk to someone about what's going on and that you're noticing new issues that are affecting your day to day life. I know that you've said that you don't have any therapists anymore, but if you visit your doctor and have a chat with them, I'm sure they'll be willing to listen to you and to help.
