I'm not exactly sure... - May 12th 2010, 02:40 AM

Okay so I'm not exactly sure how it works itself out but when I read a book the things in the book seem to happen to me.
For example: I was at my grandmas one day and she decided to go to yard-sales and since I had no interest, I brought a book with me. About an hour into the book the main character got his finger cut off and it started talking about how the part left turned blue and black and I heard my grandma next to me scream 'what happened to your hand?' I looked down and my entire finger (the same one that he got part cut off of) was completely blue and swollen. I hadn't done anything but sit in the car so there was no way I hit it or done anything.
Another time a character got his leg bitten by this weird wolf creature and about twenty minutes later, my leg had a huge bruise on it and was red. I hadn't moved from my bed all night.
I don't know what to make of it and I'm not sure this is mental or whatever either. My friends have experienced it happen to me and advised me to stop reading, but I just can't do that. I need help...

Drawing on my fine command of the language, I said nothing.

True love comes quietly, without banners or flashing lights. If you hear bells, get your ears checked.
