INSOMNIA! D': - May 29th 2010, 08:15 AM

Ever since I was very small, I've had a sleeping problem. My biological clock doesn't seem to know when it's time to sleep and when it isn't, hence why I am still up right now at 4:15 a.m. where I live.

Help me! I don't want to go insane ><

i know how you feel :/ even though i THINK i have a normal biological clock i can't fall asleep and the nightmares make sure i can't stay asleep for more than a few hours... but it helps if you excercise a lot, drink some warm milk and do something really repetitive when you want to fall asleep, like counting or abc's.... it helps me a bit i hope it helps you...

Hey hoping youre having a good day!!

1) i think you need to do one all nighter to reset it!
2) you need to make sure you dont nap during the day!
3) try not to eat just b4 bed, or drink anything other than water. otherwise youll get sugar, caffine or your body will be busy digesting!
4) get up -.- in the morning, make sure to get up at a good time, STRICT BED TIMES!!
5) RELAX! dont come on th and keep yourself busy like i do! you need to do sumin else!!
6) make sure youre busy during the day, atleast an hour of exercise aday!!
7) if the life style adivce doesnt work id recomend seeing a doctor
