Question making a big deal out of nothing? - August 9th 2010, 05:53 PM

I'm really not sure if this is the right place to put this but oh well.. i'm desperate

Okay so lately after every meal or even just at random times during the day I've just had this crazy overwhelming urge to make myself throw up.. I don't even know why!
I just feel like there's something inside me that I desperately need to get rid of and it's driving me insane?! Sometimes if I'm in a bad mood and I'm angry at someone or myself I just want to make myself throw up until I'm empty inside
Is this normal? Because it feels like I'm going crazy and someone inside me wants me to be sick and I'm trying to ignore the overwhelming urge to..

You arn't crazy, many people know how you feel, but you need to keep fighting this urge. Because making yourself throw up is very unhealthy and its addicting. Try doing something else instead of throwing up, find a distraction. If you ever need to talk message me!
