My phobia has just... disappeared :| -

I used to be terrified of most insects. Now they don't phase me very much at all :|
There was a moth in my room last week. I never used to be able to sleep in the same room as one. I just didn't care. I was watching a film on my ipod in bed and it kept flying near the ipod screen. I was flicking it away with my bed sheet but didn't care. The was also a huge bee in my living room yesterday. My sister was panicking as she's scared of them. It flew on my arm My sister: Ceil, that nearly flew on your arm. Me: It did fly on my arm. My sister: What if it stings you? Me: Then it'll sting me. If that was about two months ago I would have hid in the bathroom :| I'd prefer it if they weren't there but I don't care an awful lot if they are there anymore. I suppose this is a good thing but how can a phobia just... go away like that without any therapy or anything?  |

Phobias are merely fears, perhaps it just means you've mentally become a really strong person without noticing.

Agreed with DarkSeph, you've probably just become stronger, or even accustomed. Like, if you noticed the bugs weren't hurting you, that could've made you just, realize they're not as bad as you had thought.
