Should i tell the truth... - August 16th 2010, 09:05 PM

Well i've spent the last few months trying to get to see my mental health nurse Becky to discuse my "treatment" options. Which is all good n all but i have differnt problems to what i did then and i'm not sure weather to tell her or not. The difference is that i dont get depressed so often now, i know right why am i complaining, but also i hear thing that aint there every so often like really vissious dogs barking is the main one. But also i keep remembering things that never happend which aint too weird but i can say when it happend, where, who was there, what happend, why stuff happend etc but it never actully happend and i honestly am 100% sure it happend and have to be convinced that it didnt. Bit worried i'll lose my self but thats for another time so yeah any advise what to do because i dont wanna have to wait months again befor i get to see Becky again

Hey Steve (:

I definitely think that the best thing would be to tell the truth so that you and Becky can talk about it now instead of later on. It's good that you're not getting depressed as often anymore, but if you're hearing things that aren't always there, it's important that you talk to her about that so they she can keep you in track with how you're doing. I would encourage you to tell her. (:

Take care, and if you are seeking further help, you can always message me (:

I might be crazy.
But have I told you lately that I love you?
You're the only reason that I'm not afraid to fly.
