I don't feel anything, anything anymore. Someone might do something to me that should make me really mad at them, but I don't get mad. Something that I've wanted to happen for awhile might happen, but I won't feel happy. I don't feel anything anymore. Is there something wrong with me?

Well, part of Depression can be feelings of being emotionally numb. Seeing as you did have emotional responses before, I don't see it being anything more complex than that.
