Angry Anger. - February 19th 2011, 02:41 AM

I'm unsure if this goes here.. so move it if it doesn't, please.

I keep getting very angry over small things. Well, not too small. I get angry to the point where I'm going to punch the wall or something. Deep breathing, and counting backwards doesn't exactly help. Same with reading, or listening to music. I don't know what else to do. :l Any ideas?!

you could try lifting weights or boxing.. thats what i do to get my rage out. just exercise the anger away
