Weirdest dreams ever... anxiety? - April 21st 2011, 01:26 AM

Every night I've been having dreams so realistic that I honestly don't even know if they're really dreams or not. They're almost always about school, and school work. I remember dreaming, or having a memory, of thinking I handed a chemistry lab in, and then actually forgetting to at the end of the day, and then break started, so everything was late and I had an extremely bad grade. I've been having these so often and I get so worried that I can't go back to sleep. Sometimes I know they're dreams, but with the chem one it scared me because I had a lab to hand in right before break, and I think I turned it in, but after I "dreamed" that (because I'm not sure if it's a dream or a memory) I don't know if I have.

I've been dealing with horrible depression lately. The physical symptoms are manifesting themselves in me, and I think I'm also developing anxiety. I'm so stressed out and this isn't helping.

Helloo Bella

The bad dreams might just be the cause of stress and the depression .. I know how you feel that's exactly how my nights are being lately. Maybe you could try and stop watching any moviex or TV stuff before bed if you do, or maybe taking a break and relaxing a little bit will help

Hope that they pass xx

As a matter of fact, I had a horrible dream. I dont want to go into any detail because it might upset you even more but lets just say the world ended and there were bodies everywhere and it was just me and my friend left
But as for your dreams, I dont think I've ever had a dream about school or school work but maybe it is just your depression catching up on you. Maybe you might want to email your teacher and ask if you have turned it in? Try to maybe retrace your thoughts to when you might have turned it in. I'm not sure. I hope I could help a little bit
