Dunno what the hell is going on anymore...

Not sure dont know how to do this,

Fankly i have not got a clue as to what is going on in my head, one day im alright as to alrighty things on a stick, and the next im in a corner clawring at my wrist crying my eyes out and not moving from said corner wishing i was not alive. But the morning after im singing with joy, and tbh my singing is not that good but i dont care, i go out for a walk, cars drive past and i wish to walk out right infront of them... nothing particualy bad or good has happened recently, and thusly i have no clue of whats going on in my head. Anyone ever had anything like this happen to them, im just getting a little concernd is all cause this has happened to me before and last time i failed all my exams and ran off to germany, any ideas / help in what ever form would be lovely pretty please and yes i know, confusing.

1) Have you ever seen a professional/received a diagnosis?
2) How did you resolve this the last time it happened?

To be fair, we can't diagnose you here. I do have some ideas, but even then, I don't want to share. The problem with an amateur diagnosis, whether it's our observations or your own, is that once an idea starts forming, you may find yourself self-diagnosing. This is when people go online, search things, and say "Oh, I match this, this, and that, so I must have *insert disorder name here*!". This is quite unhealthy.

It seems you do have reason for concern, but I highly suggest you seek professional help for this, since it's obviously affecting your daily living.
