I guess i just don't want people seeing me and thinking im a loner, freak, wierdo ect becuse iv'e been called those to many times!! My parents just think im shy but thats only part of it!!! same with when im trying to make new friends! unless someone is with me I can't, i literaly CAN'T!!!! and if im walking outside at recess to my friends even for 5 seconds i feel like every ones looking at me and i HATE it!!!

I think that's normal. I'm kinda shy too and I always feel awkward when I'm sitting by myself or something. I think it's just paranoia since everyone else always seems to have someone by their side. No one actually thinks it's weird that you're by yourself; I personally would think nothing of it. Just thought I'd say you're not the only one out there.

Well, you might be an incredibly shy person. It's also possible you may be very insecure. It's also possible you may have Social Anxiety.

Though I'm not sure what you do or don't have, I am sure you should try to see somebody, like your doctor, or a counselor, or a therapist, who can help you figure this out. Whether it's a confidence issue, or mental health issue, a therapist would probably be your best bet (if you can get one), considering they're there to help you, no matter which issue it is.

Talking to your parents about seeing your family doctor should be your first step, especially since your doctor could probably refer you to somebody else, if need be, so you can get proper help for this problem.
