Arrow i need help - June 6th 2011, 07:48 PM

i have verry bad Anxiety problems i lie awake at night woundering about problems that are not even problems yet plz help me

There are lots of different things you can do to sleep, but if you cant stop thinking, you could work on that. You could try writing down your problems that aren't problems in a diary trying to solve your problems or meditation. Also, feel free to PM me.

I would say writing things down like said above, and maybe go see your see your doctor and tell him you can't sleep and he might give you some meds, but if the anxiety is that bad then maybe you should go seek help... Or if you tell your doctor you have anxiety problems then he can give you meds for that to help calm it. Just go see your doctor tell him/her your issues and I am sure they can recommend something

I'd suggest, if you want to try a "medicinal" approach, try Valerian Root. it's a natural herb that's used for sleep problems, and I've heard good things about it from people, so it may be worth a try.
