Scared about psychiatrist appointment -

OK, so i have been struggling lately and have been refereed to a psychiatrist. My first appointment is on Monday and I'm scared. I just don't know what to expect. Can anyone help me out and reassure me that it's not as bad as i think and let me know what to expect?

On your first appointment you and your guardian will have to fill forms. Then you will meet your psychiatist. He/She will ask you more questions about your mental health. Its normal to be scared and I am so proud of you for checking yourself into treatment. Wish you the best of luck.
