Hellloo.. this is like my 2nd or 3rd post in the last two days buut I like to post stuff.. cuz it just feels like people are actually paying attention to what I say.. and that feels good <3 Sorry for the length thoough.. I just felt like venting.

I don't really think I have an eating disorder, but I definitely don't like to eat a lot because I want to be thin. I feel like people will like me more and pay more attention to me. Even if it's just gossip attention.. Yeah I guess it's stooped that low. Some people may think I'm retarded.. and I don't blame them. I'm not addicted to NOT eating and I'm not terrified of being overweight, I just think I'd be depressed if I was. So yeah, I CHOSE to stop eating. I knew what anorexia was and I know some of the consequences of eating disorders but I still don't eat much. It's not just all about being thin though, it's more about control. People try to tell me how I much should eat and they always say "That's all you're eating?" "You need to eat more than that!" "Yeah she hardly ever eats anything!" and I just feel like screaming, "You know I'm right here, right?" My dad criticizes the amount of food on my plate, saying that I'm not eating enough and I just think if only he knew that I've barely eaten anything but this today. It's kind of my way of coping with other things as well. I don't know why. Maybe so I have something else to focus on all the time: food. Believe me, I don't WANT to be this way, but I've tried losing weight through eating healthy and exercising. I still exercise, I just eat less too. My metabolism has always suuuucked so much. My body just doesn't easily burn calories. Or I think so anyway, other people tell me I'm skinny, but I don't really see it. I'm not super fat, but I'm not a stick either. I just feel like this is the only way to lose weight and maybe get some attention.. I just need to talk to someone, but I'm awful at talking about my feelings face to face. I'm sorry if people think I'm an idiot for deciding to be this way.. but I feel like it's the only thing I can do.

I'm sorry the way people treat you with your eating habits. That's not right of them! But remember you still have to be healthy! How much water do you usually drink though? Drinking enough water helps you lose weight and it naturally makes you look more tone. When you're dehydrated, water stays above your muscle below your skin, but while hydrated, it is under your muscle. It will also help with your metabolism.
