Question I don't want to lose control - January 5th 2013, 04:08 PM

I ate a pretty decent amount yesterday.. more than I usually do and more than I plan to eat when I go back to school.
But I still lost some weight? I've been struggling to lose weight by not eating and it seems like when I get to a weight, I get stuck there and when I lose a bit more, I get stuck there for a while. But I ate more than I usually do yesterday and lost some weight and I didn't even exercise? How is this possible? I'm don't want it to get out of hand and I lose a bunch of weight without really meaning to. Sometimes I get scared because I know that I am already underweight but I feel like my body doesn't match my weight.

Hi Cassie,
When you were eating less was your salt intake high? Or have you recently started drinking more water? If so, you may be losing weight after water retention. Have you experienced any strange symptoms in the past that could link with water retention, such as swelling in your feet or ankles? You may want to do a bit of research on it.
