Smile Recovery - May 6th 2013, 03:09 AM

It's been two weeks since I began to recover. I haven't been in treatment because I still can't bring myself to tell my family about just how bad I got. I've been recovering by my self, but things seem to be getting better. I've had some bad days where the mere thought of food made me sick, but I've had more good days than bad. I'll admit that it's tough not to just fall back into my old ways, but I'm fighting that urge every day. I've begun to write a list of reasons to live which also are doubling as reasons not to self-harm and not to fall back into my eating habits. It's hard for me to believe now that just a few weeks ago I wanted to die. I'm better now, though, and happier because of it. Recovery is possible for us all

It's fantastic that you're doing this on your own.. Stay strong! You've got this. I believe in you. (:

Keep up the amazing work. No one said it'll be easy, but I promise it'll be worth it. <3 (:
