I don't know - February 20th 2014, 01:28 AM

So I have been not eating. Not meals anyways. I used to do this when I was depressed but after I got 'better' I started to eat and I love food. But recently, I have been skipping breakfast and lunch like I normally do and sometimes dinner. I will have maybe a few snacks after school or during but not actual meals. I think a part of it has to do with my self esteem about my weight but I don't know. What is this called...if it is called anything...and how can I stop it?

If it is meant to be, it will be.

Hi, Aubree.

I am sorry to see you going through this phase, and I also apologise for not being able to give detailed advices because I am not a professional. I think you should seek professional help from psychologist and nutritionist because only they have the rights to diagnose you and determine the terminology of your current state.

Just a quick friendly note: the numbers on the scale deceive your eyes and your self-worth. Weight indicator is NOT a barometer of how good enough you are. You need to take good care of your body by at least exercising (but not overly) and trying to eat balanced healthy meal. You can do them step by step in your own pace.

P.S: You are beautiful.
