Hello there and welcome
No one here can give you a diagnosis, but it is possible to have both and it's actually quite common. If you have concerns about your health or eating behavior it's best to consult a doctor and/or mental health professional.

First, as Katie said, we can't offer you a diagnosis. I'd also point out an eact diagnosis isn't that important. If you're having disordered eating symptoms, you should get help regardless of what exact disorder you have. Now, for diagnostic criteria, you can't have both at once exactly. Many people will go back and forth with behaviors and over the course of their lifetime, may be categorized as both anorexic and bulimic, but technically, the diagnoses are made to only be able to be diagnosed with one at a time. The same is true for disorders such as depression and bipolar. Usually, if you're restricting but also engaging in binge/purge behaviors, this would be categorized as anorexia binge/purge subtype. It may also be categorized as an eating disorder not otherwise specified (EDNOS) depending on whether or not you can meet the rest of the criteria for anorexia, as this is strict and most ED patients don't meet the DSM diagnosis. Regardless, it's irrelevant. If you're sick, you're sick, and you deserve the help no matter what.
