Question dieting - January 28th 2016, 06:50 AM

When becomes healthy dieting become a ed or a problem? And how do you recognise this in yourself and others? What does healthy wheightloss dieting look like?

Healthy dieting is when you aren't doing any harm to your body. You are conscious of what you eat, and let it progress naturally. No purging, no binging (calorie/portion control), no restricting. Eat three meals a day, proper proportions, let it process and break down naturally. Don't interfere with it.

Another way to be healthy if you're worried about calories and you don't want to binge or purge, is to have healthy fruit drinks. If you need anything else, let us know!

The difference is: healthy dieting is when you eat three meals and two snacks and you aren't restricting what you eat or cutting out certain "fear foods"

Non-healthy dieting is where you diet and slowly minimize calories until your under the daily aloument. Or you purge your food, or over exercise.

My ed therapist told me DO NOT drink your calories you should be eating them. so like don't substitute a shake for a meal.
