Thank you for coming to us here. I hope we can help in one way or another.

I can't tell you what to do exactly, but I do think recovery comes when a person is ready within themselves. I'm very close to someone who struggled quite severely with anorexia for years and then they just started to go into recovery. They decided they didn't want to go through the same routine of not eating, not feeling well, check ups, hospitilisations and so on so they began to change but sometimes things have to get worse before they get better, you know?

I do want to encourage you to eat healthily as in three meals a day with healthy snacks in between (this means you can also have a snack like chocolate too, you don't have to avoid everything "bad" but do so when you are ready) and I also really want to encourage you to reach out to someone around you whom you trust so you have someone to talk to about all of this. I know it's hard and scary but I think having some support in place for you right now might actually be really helpful. Of course we're always here but I often see people say that it's not the same as having someone in real life which I can understand.

Just hang on in there and keep plodding forward. You're a lot stronger than you think you are and you have the strength to beat this for sure.

Hope and wishes,
