Food constantly on the brain? - August 12th 2016, 09:21 PM

I know I need to eat if I'm hungry but i'm constantly hungry which isn't right I eat enough but my brain just constantly wants food did anyone else find this? How can I deal with this? I should not be hungry 24 bloody 7

When I was like that I would try drinking a glass of water, or even trying to do something that would distract your mind like a walk, or a puzzle, or even a walk. I hope things helps even a little. I find that the drinking a glass of water helps a lot.

You have stated before that you basically did not eat for a long period of time. That could be what is causing this. Your stomach isn't used to food and your always hungry because it doesn't know that you ate because you took that sense away from it,

Those also can be hunger cues which means you need to eat more. Be intuitive and aware of what it's telling you. You don't have to follow some strict mean plan from the internet or how you think you should be eating. Every time you've posted your meal plan on here and said that you're still hungry, I've stated that you may need to increase the calories or the amounts. Listen to what your body wants and needs. If you're hungry, eat.

I have been in this situation once. But I didn't follow any or use any medicines for that. It just changed after a month. But my mum was telling it might be because of the chums. Girls do complain saying that they are more than hungry than the normal times.
Or it can be your feelings too.
